Our founder brings a unique combination of academic grounding and hands-on experience. With degrees in Sociology and Community Organizing and ten years of leadership in nonprofit and local government settings, she has led collective impact initiatives, managed complex projects and multimillion dollar grants, and successfully brought together diverse stakeholders — including local government, nonprofits, education, health, public safety, and the private sector — to drive real systems change.
